Named after Victor Laszlo, the tireless World War II resistance fighter from the film Casablanca, Lazlo Intelligence is committed to defending the interests of pioneering companies in the face of threats from authoritarian regimes.

Ben Forney
Founder & Managing Director
After more than 15 years consulting clients in government, business, and academia, Ben Forney founded Lazlo Intelligence to help companies navigate geopolitical and economic risks in Asia. He is the author of The Spy Hunter newsletter on Substack and has a PhD in Chinese economic espionage from Seoul National University. He is fluent in Korean.
